Why host

The right room.
The right four people.

Pods isn't a discount platform. It's a quiet pipeline of well-matched small parties — the kind of guests who come back, bring friends, and tip well.

01

Curated demand

Every pod is hand-matched by us. Your room fills with people you'd actually want as regulars — not Groupon traffic.

02

Off-peak by design

Choose Tuesday early seatings, Sunday brunches, or your quietest amenity nights. We route pods into the slots you want filled.

03

Operationally invisible

Reservations land in your existing system. No new tablet, no menu changes, no host scripts. We handle confirmations and no-shows.

04

Aligned economics

Free to list. We take a small flat per-cover only when guests show up. No subscription, no exclusivity, no minimums.

The directory

A handpicked map of
where pods meet.

Every venue is visited and vetted. Soft lighting. Real tables. Conversation-friendly acoustics. No exceptions.

Questions

Honest answers,
no fine print.

What does it cost to list?+

Listing is free and there's no subscription. We charge a small flat per-cover fee only when guests are actually seated. No covers, no charge.

How many people show up?+

Pods are 4–5 people. You set how many pods you can host per night and on which evenings. We never overbook your room.

Do I need a private room?+

No. Most of our partner restaurants seat pods at a regular four-top during their off-peak hours. Private rooms are a plus, not a requirement.

Will you send guests with allergies or dietary needs?+

Yes — we collect dietary info during member onboarding and share it with you 48 hours before each pod, the same way a normal reservation note works.

Can I block out nights I don't want pods?+

Always. Hosts have a simple calendar. Add blackout dates, holidays, private events — whatever you need.
